The Faint/Bright Eyes concert

Definitely one of the best concerts I've been to in some time, The Faint and Bright Eyes tore last night. The Faint has such a powerful presentation and production with their lights, full sound, and movie imagery that it's like a kick to the ear. The whole place turns in to a dance party. Great, every song was great. Bright Eyes, of course, was a lot more mellow, but still kept a great consistency throughout the show. The video and lighting they used matched the songs and the mood/emotion of each song perfectly. Gotta love it when Conor stands on top of the keyboard for the encore and the guitarist smashes his guitar 6 or 7 times to make sure its dead while the violinist is on his knees next to an electric cellist. Quite the concert, I can't wait til I see either one again.
