Walk around the block

I needed to get out of the apartment for a bit. So I took a short walk around the block with my camera and took a few pictures.

I really enjoy taking pictures of my surrounding community/neighborhood at night. It's so much more... dramatic. The lighting can make you see things that you'd never take notice of during the day, colors pop out, angles and compositions let you tell a very unique story, and people look at you like you're out of your mind.

"Booooahh [boy], wha-chu do-in wit dat cam'ra?? huuh? Betta not be tak'n picshuas 'a me!"
